To share South Holland District
Council’s Business Support Manager in Environmental Services
with Boston Borough Council and East Lindsey District Council under
Section 113 of the Local Government Act.
Progression of projects contained in the
Annual Delivery Plan require additional resource to deliver, and
most pressing is the streamlining and development of the
operational services’ customer contact and website
processes.
This opportunity also enables the progression of other initiatives
undertaken by the services such as the cross-department work to
tackle fly-tipping in Boston and ensure that ELDC’s processes
are efficient and support customers.
This is a temporary arrangement for 12 months. SHDC will recharge
BBC and ELDC according to the proportion of time required.
