To share South Holland District Council’s Communications and Engagement Officer (LUF) with Boston Borough Council and East Lindsey District Council under Section 113 of the Local Government Act.

Reasons for the decision:

The Levelling Up projects involves all three councils under the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership, with funding allocated across the sub-region. Therefore, the project will need communications support across all three councils.
