Decision:

That under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972, South Holland District Council, through its Head of Paid Service and following consultation with the Leader of the Council, agrees that the Head of Planning for South Holland District Council Planning Services team be placed at the disposal of Boston Borough Council and East Lindsey District Council to undertake a temporary role change and additional duties to support the Assistant Director – Planning.

This is to run from the 1.2.24 following the expiration of the existing S113, for a period of 2 years.

 

Reasons for the decision:

To allow the Officer to provide additional resilience as required within the Planning functions across the Partnership and support the Assistant Director – Planning and Strategic Infrastructure on a temporary shared basis, whilst retaining their primary role of supporting South Holland District Council.
