That under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972 the Information Governance Officer at Boston Borough Council and the Assurance and Information Governance Officer at East Council Lindsey District be temporarily placed, for a period of 6 months, at the disposal of South Holland District Council for the purpose of its functions.

Reasons for the decision:

To support delivery and enhance resilience of the Information Governance Service.
