That under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972 the Information Governance Officer at Boston Borough Council and the Information Governance Officer at East Lindsey District Council be temporarily placed, for the period up to 31 March 2025, at the disposal of South Holland District Council for the purpose of its functions.

Reasons for the decision:

To support delivery and enhance resilience of the Information Governance Service.
