Executive Programme Manager with ELDC under section 113 of the
Local Government Act. This post will be shared on a temporary basis
for a period of two years. This is a Head of Paid Service
decision.
To enable the Executive Programme Manager to
act on behalf of ELDC on matters linked to the job role
Not to enter into a 113 agreement. This was
rejected as a S113 agreement is needed to enable the officer to act
for ELDC
