Purpose:

To grant the Biggadike Foundation a sum of money totalling £35,000 to help towards the enhancement of the park for the public and to create a Car Park for the public to use during opening times set by the Management Company of Moulton Park in the future

Decision:

That the Leader of the Council approves a grant of £35,000 to the Biggadike Foundation.

 

Reasons for the decision:

To help the Biggadike Foundation realise their aspiration and full potential of Moulton Park for the benefit of the public by granting the sum of money to them for works to the Car Park area in time for residents to take advantage of the park.

 

Alternative options considered:

Do not provide grant funding assistance – Not recommended as the grant will help to  enhance the asset for the long term use of the public
