Decision:

That under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972, the Information Governance Manager/Data Protection Officer and Information Governance Officer employed by Boston Borough Council, and the Information Governance Officer, Legal Manager and the Monitoring Officer Executive Assistant employed by East Lindsey District Council, be temporarily placed for the period up to 31 March 2026 at the disposal of South Holland District Council for the purpose of its functions. Costs of the sharing arrangements to be shared based on the MOA split (23% BBC, 46% ELDC and 31% SHDC).

Reasons for the decision:

To support delivery and enhance resilience of these services during the period whilst the approved Information Governance and Legal Service Review is implemented.
