housing officers from Boston and East Lindsey under section 113 of
the Local Government Act i.e.
• Housing Strategy and Enabling Officer from Boston – to
cover Housing Strategy and Enabling work.
• Part time First Homes Administrator from Boston
• Community Led Housing Officer from East Lindsey – to
assist with First homes.
To cover the Housing Strategy and Enabling
service and First Homes Processing while the postholder is on
maternity leave.
To recruit externally – Time consuming
and only short term so recruitment unlikely to be successful.
Bring in a consultant – time consuming, costly, and in
addition do not know the area and partners.
