To enter the positions of Senior Programme Manager – Local Growth and Grant Funds, and Senior Programme Officer – Local Growth and Grants Funds, into the s113 agreement between the three councils of the SELCP.

Reasons for the decision:

To enable officers in these two posts to act on behalf of, and be at the disposal of, each local authority under the S113 agreement.

Alternative options considered:

Not to include in the s113 agreement. This has been considered but discounted, given the nature of the work of the team.
