To award a contract to Court 1 LTD, following
an open tender procurement process for the provision of catering
and Bar services at the South Holland Centre.
The current catering and bar services contract
at the South Holland Centre is due to expire in April 2026. A
procurement exercise was therefore required to identify and appoint
a new provider, ensuring continuity of service and compliance with
procurement regulations.
To provide provision in house
This option has not been pursued because officers do not have the
expertise or capacity to deliver this provision in house.
