That a contract is awarded to Vaculug Traction Tyres Ltd for an estimated total contract value of £174,000 (including initial 3 year contract plus possible 1 year extension) for the Tyre Maintenance and Replacement Contract.

Reasons for the decision:

To continue to ensure the environmental services fleet are in good repair so we are able to continue to provide the residents of South Holland with an efficient and effective service.

Alternative options considered:

Option 2 – Do nothing. Do not award a contract.
