That under Section 113 of the Local Government
Act 1972, South Holland District Council, through its Head of Paid
Service and following consultation with the Leader of the Council,
agrees that the Programme Manager and the Programme Delivery
Officer for South Holland District Council be placed at the
disposal of East Lindsey District Council (and Boston Borough
Council) to undertake a temporary role change and additional duties
to support the progression of Towns Funds Projects and Levelling Up
Projects on a temporary shared basis.
To provide greater resilience across the
Partnership.
The alternative option is to hire in
specialist project support. This would be a more expensive option
and fail to utilise effectively existing staff.
