Decision details

Following a full procurement exercise, Sequence UK Limited t/a William H Brown will be appointed as the sales agent for the HRA’s newbuild shared ownership homes. The procurement exercise was based on a 60/40 split of quality (60%) and cost (40%).
To establish quality, bidders were asked to summarise and evidence their experience of delivering services in accordance with the specification, dealing with purchasers, knowledge of the conveyancing process and managing Homes England grant funded property sales.

Sequence UK’s bid complied with the specification and was the highest scoring submission. In accordance with public procurement rules the contract should be awarded to them.

Not to enter into a contract with Sequence UK Limited t/a William H Brown.
In this event, a further procurement exercise would be undertaken to identify a suitable managing agent.
