Purpose:

To recommend the Leader exercises his delegation to amend the parking tariff structure at Boston Road Car Park, Holbeach.

Decision:

To amend the tariff structure at the Boston Road Car Park, Holbeach to:

 

  • Up to one hour - Free
  • Up to two hours - £1
  • All Day - £1.50

 

These rates will apply between 08:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs Monday to Saturday and will come into force as per the Statutory Notice that will be posted at the location.

 

NOTE: The permit rates previously notified, that are set to come into effect on 8 April 2024, remain unchanged.

 

Reasons for the decision:

This decision has been taken by the Leader because this Council has taken on board the extensive feedback from partner organisations in particular, residents and wider stakeholders.

The Council has provided equitable support by removing any parking charge after 18:00 hrs from all of its Spalding town car parks from 8 April 2024, clearly demonstrating its support to residents and businesses across the district.
