Decision:

That following workforce consultation, and having considered the feedback from the workforce and Policy Development Panel, the Head of Paid Service implements phase 1.1 of the terms and conditions review under delegation from Council. The Portfolio Holder, Corporate, Governance and Communications has supported this decision.
The HR policies relevant to this phase have been updated as necessary.

Reasons for the decision:

To align terms and conditions across the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership Council workforces.

Alternative options considered:

This was enacting a previous Council decision.
Other options were considered during the consultation based on feedback and adjustments were made to the final terms and conditions that are being implemented.
