Decision:

South Holland District Council are formally sharing the Housing Support Officer with Boston Borough Council and East Lindsey District Council until at least the 31 March 2026.

The decision being sought is under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972 for South Holland District Council to agree to this arrangement which will enable a combined role covering the partnerships region.

Reasons for the decision:

To enable the aforementioned officer to provide housing support to Ukrainian nationals across the partnership.

Alternative options considered:

None - the post is specifically funded for this purpose by Lincolnshire County Council.
