To appoint the Neighbourhoods Programme
Manager
The role of Neighbourhoods Programme Manager
will lead, manage and co-ordinate the programme delivery involved
in introducing a food waste service across SELCP, whole service
waste transformation at South Holland District Council and other
service priorities.
Oversee the delivery of the neighbourhood services programme across
the 3 Councils.
Engage and manage stakeholder relationships ensuring alignment with
community needs and compliance with legislation.
Represent the Partnership as the Key Service Contact for programme
delivery.
The implementation of the Environment Act 2021 cannot be made
within existing resource, this shared post will provide additional
resource to co-ordinate and deliver the programme for Neighbourhood
services.
Do nothing was considered but would mean that
the Neighbourhood Programme will not be delivered efficiently,
effectively, or on time.
