arrangement based on a goods and services model for the Project
Manager (Sustainable Housing) from 21 November 2025 to 2 October
2026, as the current postholder is ‘acting up’ to
deliver some of the responsibilities of the Group Manager –
Climate Change and Environment during her Maternity
Leave.
It is not considered that this will
fundamentally change the nature of the Project Manager’s role
however there may be occasions where there is a requirement to
undertake Shared Duties and this agreement ensures that this covers
the Project Manager from an insurance perspective and will enable
any relevant recharges between authorities to be made.
