To accept the temporary (Until Dec 26) sharing of Housing Strategy officers from Boston and East Lindsey under section 113 of the Local Government Act

Reasons for the decision:

To cover the Housing Strategy and Enabling service and First Homes Processing while the South Holland post is filled.

Alternative options considered:

Bring in a consultant – time consuming, costly, and in addition do not know the area and partners.
