To determine an application for the Review of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for Hot and Spicy, 36 New Road, Spalding, Lincs, PE11 1DN (report of the Shared Public Protection Manager enclosed).

Note: The original hearing on 20 March 2020 was adjourned as the premises licence holder and his legal representative had been unable to attend due to Government guidance relating to the COVID 19 outbreak.
