Meeting Adjournment Minutes: A two-minute silence was held following the passing of Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II.
A one-minute silence was then held following the passing of Councillor Angela Newton MBE.
The Chairman proposed that the meeting be adjourned, and all business moved to a meeting of Performance Monitoring Panel on Wednesday 19 October 2022 at 6.30pm.
A recorded vote was moved by the Chairman and seconded, as follows:
AGREED: That the meeting be adjourned to Wednesday 19 October 2022 at 6.30pm.
