Apologies were received from Councillor Henry Bingham.

 

The Senior Planning Lawyer reported that notification had been received of the following substitutions for this meeting only:

 

·         Councillor Anthony Casson was replacing Councillor Seymour

·         Councillor Paul Redgate was replacing Councillor Harry Drury

·         Councillor Jim Astill was replacing Councillor Roger Gambba-Jones.

 

In the absence of Councillor Gambba-Jones, Councillor Paul Redgate stood in as Vice-Chairman for this meeting only.

Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on 11 November 2020.

 

It was noted that an error was made in the spelling of Councillor Lawton’s name on Page 5 of the minutes.  This was to be amended.

Councillor Brewis requested for it to be noted that he hoped South Holland District Council would use all avenues to expedite some of the long term problems around Brownfield sites.
