Councillor Grocock had been lobbied on items 7 and 8. He taken legal advice from the Senior Planning Lawyer in relation to item 6 and would leave the room for the duration of that item due to his responsibilities as Portfolio Holder for Assets.

 

Councillor Tyrrell had been lobbied on item 8.
