DECISION:

Under Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public were excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

To recommend the amended budget allocation and associated financing strategy to enable instructions to be issued for the commencement of the Health & Wellbeing Hub project (report of the Assistant Director – Strategic Growth and Development, and the Director of Finance (S151) enclosed).

Consideration was given to the report of the Assistant Director – Strategic Growth and Development and the Interim Director of Finance (S151) which recommended the amended budget allocation and associated financing strategy to enable instructions to be issued for the commencement of the Health and Wellbeing Hub project.

The Portfolio Holder for Finance presented the report to the Cabinet.

DECISION:

That the recommendations, as detailed in the exempt report be agreed.
