Minutes:

Councillor Bingham declared an interest in items 5, 6 and 10 and therefore left the room for the duration of these three items.

 

Councillor T Sneath declared in relation to item 9, that he was a parish councillor for Moulton but had not been involved in any discussions about the application.

 

Councillors Beal, Casson and Woolf all declared that they were patients at the medical centre that was the subject of item 9.
