07/02/2023 - Temporary sharing of Boston Borough Council’s Information Manager and Data Protection Officer under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972.

That under Section 113 of the Local Government Act 1972, South Holland District Council, through its Head of Paid Service agrees to temporarily share a proportion of time from the Boston Borough Council Information Manager and Data Protection Officer. The post is already shared between Boston Borough Council and East Lindsey District Council and the share is to be based on the split agreed in the Partnership Memorandum of Agreement
