25/03/2025 - To temporarily share the SHDC Community Safety and Enforcement Manager with ELDC and BBC in respect to matters concerning ‘Domestic Abuse’ under Section 113 of the Local Government Act

That under Section 113 of the Local Government Act, South Holland District Council, through its Head of Paid Service, agree to share a proportion of the above role to support matters concerning Domestic Abuse.
