Sequence UK Limited t/a William H Brown will be appointed as the
sales agent for the HRA’s newbuild shared ownership homes.
The procurement exercise was based on a 60/40 split of quality
(60%) and cost (40%).
To establish quality, bidders were asked to summarise and evidence
their experience of delivering services in accordance with the
specification, dealing with purchasers, knowledge of the
conveyancing process and managing Homes England grant funded
property sales.
