2.    That no spend will take place until after the grant details have been presented to the meeting of South Holland District Council on 25 November

 

This decision is urgent in order to meet the timescales required by the funder to accept the grant.  If the offer is not accepted within two weeks from 12 October 20 it is no longer valid.
