Decision:

1.    That the Council agrees to purchase the property identified in the attached report in order to facilitate the delivery of the SWRR without the need for Compulsory Purchase.

 

2.    To authorise the Executive Director of Commercialisation (s151 Officer) to implement all such executive action in accordance with this decision and the decisions of the Council dated 31 July 2019, including agreeing the final terms and conditions of the above acquisition.

1.    To approve all necessary executive action to implement and deliver Section 5 to the Spalding Western Relief Road (SWRR) in association with delivering the Northern Spalding (Vernatt’s) Sustainable Urban Extension, in accordance with the HIF Grant Agreement and the decisions approved by the Council at its meeting on 31 July 2019, including but not limited to approval, completion and sealing of the final Grant Agreement and associated agreement with Lincolnshire County Council;

b)    Delegated authority is given to the Housing Projects Surveyor to deal with all matters arising from the management of the contract
