Consultation process

Non-key decision. Consultation with charge-point operator (MER), AD-Regulatory, Portfolio Holder for Public Protection, Accountancy Services (PSPSL). This is an operational change, but requires formal approval due to the wording of the original approval given pre-contract tender and before the escalation in electricity costs since late 2022. This decision will regularise future price changes.
