Equalities Issues: The council has considered equalities, diversity and inclusion in formulating this recommendation, including compliance with relevant legislation. This includes protected characteristics under the 2010 Equalities Act and subsequent amendments. It is the view of the author that there are no implications in this regard in respect of this report recommendation. The proposed grant funding and advisory support shall be open to all within our local community and there shall be reasonable adjustments for those facing barriers to access. This shall be monitored through the contract management process.
