To accept the funding allocation from Lincolnshire County Council as part of the Work and Pensions Household Support Fund 1 October 2024 - 30 March 2025 to deliver the scheme at a local level.

Reason for urgency:
The decision is urgent and cannot be deferred due to the urgent need to support vulnerable households in need with household essentials. Delegation is required to sign off policy and procedure outside of the committee process and accept the funding outside of the budgetary framework in order to successfully launch the local scheme in December 2024
