Equalities Issues: No disproportionate effect. This is a review and reapproval of the existing Licensing Policy Statement. The requirement for a 5-year Licensing Policy Statement is statutory; and the Statutory Guidance issued under S,182 of the Act is prescriptive in terms of the required policy content. The Policy sets out the Licensing Authority's approach to it's statutory duties under the Act.
